WISHING TO START SUPASTRIKERS BUT NOT SURE WHICH AGE GROUP?

For MiniStrikers (dob 01/09/2008 - 30/06/2009), places are now available for BOOKING (with money-back guarantee).  For children who are born from 01/07/2009 - 31/10/2009, TRIAL SESSIONS are now available to be booked subject to availability of suitable places. 

For MegaStrikers (dob 01/09/2007-31/08/2008), there are unfortunately very few remaining places available.  Please see our Times & Venues page for an indication of availability, but do please contact us BEFORE sending in a booking.  If a session is marked as 'waiting list currently closed', we will unfortunately not be able to take your details at this point in time for that session UNLESS you are able to start at a different session for the time being.

Joining SupaStrikers

Children aged two and a half (or older) at the time of starting: payment and a completed enrolment form is required to reserve a place, although our Money-Back Guarantee applies if you change your mind up to 7 days after your first 'completed' session (see below for details of Money-Back Guarantee).

Children under two and a half years at the time of starting: rather than us accepting a confirmed booking, you will be invited to attend a trial session as soon as a place is potentially available. Please note that we will only be able to arrange a trial session if your child is already 2 years old and meets our membership criteria.  This is in order that parents, coaches (and child!) can determine whether SupaStrikers is right for your child at that point in time or whether it is better to delay starting for a little while. 

NB  Being 2 years old is no guarantee that a trial session WILL be offered, if the average age of the group is such that we feel the age difference would be too great.  Being 2 1/2 years old does not guarantee that a confirmed place WILL be offered, if the average age of the group is such that we feel the age difference would be too great.  We take this approach to ensure that each child is ready for the structured nature of our sessions and therefore enjoys coming - this may mean that the start date you are hoping for is not immediately available.

Trial Visits

Please note that owing to high demand for places and to be fair to everyone, other than when the child is under 2 1/2 years, we do not offer a 'trial visit' except in exceptional circumstance (e.g. where a child has a disability, where there are potentially significant logistical issues in attending the session).  However, there is a money-back guarantee which means that if you wish to change your mind after the first session in which your child participates, we will refund what you have paid LESS one session fee.  We are human, so please ask us if you have any queries regarding what qualifies as 'exceptional circumstances'!

STANDARD Session Fees at renewal

Standard fees per session are £5.50 payable in advance in 8 week blocks (less any Introductions discounts - see below).  Members are notified automatically when re-registration is due, meaning that you do not have to worry about remembering when your next payment period is due.  See details of our absence credit scheme below.

Money-Back Guarantee/Refunds

Once your child has fully taken part in his/her first session, if you change your mind about membership and notify us in writing (email acceptable) within 7 days of your starting date, we will refund what you have paid less £4.50 for the session completed.

At a point of membership renewal, please advise us if there are circumstances which may mean you are unable to complete the full period invoiced.  Otherwise, if you wish to subsequently cancel your membership, we will normally only refund outstanding sessions if we are able to sell your place to another child and will only refund the remaining sessions from the date at which the new child has actually started.  Exceptions to this are at our discretion and may include moving house, permanent medical conditions, bereavement.  Please note that the Carer's employment and/or childcare arrangements changing are not classed as exceptions unless we have been pre-advised; in such circumstances, we would look to make a place available at another suitable session.

In other situations, if you feel your child needs to take a break from SupaStrikers, we may be able to 'suspend' the membership for an agreed period of time, following which the child would be allowed to restart with the full allowance of unused sessions.  Please be aware that this is at our discretion and would be with the agreement of the Session Coach that this was appropriate for the child.

Absence Credit Scheme

Unlike many similar activities, our members are able to have ONE 'credit' in each block of Sessions booked, when a session has to be missed for any reason (provided that we are notified before the session is due).  We will also consider offering additional credits in exceptional circumstances e.g. hospitalisation, bereavement, visits to future schools etc.

Introduction Discount

If you introduce a friend, you get £1.00 per session off your child's fees.  When you renew, provided the person you introduced is still a member - and you can do this for up to 3 people which could mean a massive saving of £3.00 per session (NB this does not apply where you are receiving any other form of fees discount e.g siblings rate).

Siblings Discount

If two or more children join from the same immediate family (i.e. siblings), we offer a discount for second+ children. Children do not have to attend the same group, but unfortunately, this does not include where older children are members of Andy Tucker Soccer Camps. Please telephone for details.

Pre-booking required

Owing to insurance stipulations, only children who have been enroled may attend SupaStrikers sessions. All payment must be in advance (unless otherwise agreed), although we operate a 'money-back guarantee' if you feel SupaStrikers is not suitable for your child when the first session has been attended.
