Absence and Credits
We are really pleased to offer a credit policy for when members occasionally need to miss a Session. However, please note that we will only be able to apply credits for missed sessions (one per block of sessions unless otherwise agreed) if you inform us BEFORE the missed session by ringing 01326 560672 or emailing cornwall@SupaStrikers.co.uk – please simply leave your child’s name, the session he/she attends, and the date of the session to be missed. Only in cases of genuine ‘emergency’ will we be able to apply credits retrospectively. Please note that telling your coach at a session may NOT result in a credit being applied.

We will shortly be taking bookings for 4th birthday parties - please contact us if you are interested in discussing a party for your child.

We are fully aware that people's circumstances can be affected quite drastically in the current economic climate, often at short notice. Therefore, whilst we still have to ensure our business is viable, we do have various options available for members where there has either been a genuine, enforced change in financial circumstances, or in situations of low income. Please contact us on TELEPHONE for a confidential chat if you feel you may require assistance with your child's place - please be aware, however, that we may ask to see evidence to support your request.
